Job summary

Avidity Careers is recruiting a Territory Manager for Unilever Ireland. You will regularly visit supermarkets and convenience stores in your territory to grow brand availability, recognition and sales of Unilever products, while building strong relationships with store staff and managers.

This permanent, full-time role covers North Dublin and surrounding areas. You will travel daily with a company car, fuel card, lunch allowance and a performance bonus, plus 23 days holiday and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based sales or FMCG/customer-facing role.
• Exceptional people skills and a sales mindset.
• Driving licence (Ireland) with up to 6 points; willing to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit supermarkets and convenience stores within the territory to grow brand availability and sales of Unilever products.
• Engage with store staff to promote product lines, offers and promotions.
• Influence in-store merchandising and display placement to maximise visibility of client brands.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and manage distribution.
• Identify opportunities for better shelf space and point-of-sale placement.
