About the Role
We are looking for a proactive FM Coordinator to join our team at a busy production and manufacturing site in Newbridge. This is a hands-on, varied role combining FM coordination, helpdesk administration, and general support for on-site operations.

You’ll provide day-to-day support across facilities management, including fabric and fixture repairs, deliveries, payroll input, training assistance, inductions, and ad-hoc helpdesk cover. The FM Coordinator will work closely with the FM Technical Supervisor, Site Operations Lead, and wider FM team to ensure smooth site operations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for FM services, including soft, hard, and office services.
  • Deliver helpdesk support, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist with payroll administration (UDC Payroll and Kronos systems).
  • Manage and close assigned PPM/reactive tasks in Maximo (training provided).
  • Support procurement, including raising work orders, quotes, and supplier coordination.
  • Assist with inductions, onboarding, and staff training.
  • Coordinate meetings, bookings, and ad-hoc site operations (e.g. event setups, moves).
  • Monitor site quality, cleaning reviews, and report equipment or safety issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, COSHH, fire safety, and site protocols.
  • Represent Sodexo professionally and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Technical background with experience in building services or workplace environments.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and flexible with a hands-on attitude.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly MS Office and handheld devices.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in safety-focused environments.
  • Full Irish driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo).
  • Experience in food production or manufacturing environments.
  • Previous exposure to statutory compliance or audit-driven settings.
