Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead on the sales floor in Ireland to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring a quality in-store experience and driving daily sales. The role sits on the store leadership team and includes opening/closing routines and on-the-floor coaching.

You'll manage visuals, process omni-channel orders, analyze reports, protect assets, and represent the brand, with a weekly schedule of at least 20 hours and weekend availability, including peak times.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing and adaptable.
