You’ll support replenishment, merchandising standards, and efficient checkout while enabling seamless online-to-offline experiences. This role emphasizes inclusivity, reliability, and stylish service.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, in-store pick-up, and ship-from-store orders.
