Gheel Autism Services CLG is seeking Relief Care Assistants for flexible day and residential shifts across Greater Dublin and Kildare. You will support people with autism and intellectual disabilities to live their best lives in a strengths-based, person-centred setting.

We offer training on autism, low arousal approaches, safety, and safeguarding; shifts across multiple locations; hourly rate €17.02 with allowances for sleepovers and unsocial hours.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
• Commitment to rights-based and person-centered practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide day and residential support across multiple locations in Greater Dublin.
• Participate in training and implement personalised plans for individuals.
