Job summary

PACS is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Dublin Post Acute therapy team on a PRN basis in a skilled nursing setting.

The chosen candidate will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise assistants, and collaborate with physicians and staff to support recovery, mobility and safety.

Flexible scheduling, in-house therapy services, and competitive PRN pay are offered to fit your availability and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist with state licensure and CE requirements.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Supervise PT assistants and collaborate with nursing and medical staff.
• Communicate progress and goals with physicians, families, and team.
• Complete timely, compliant documentation and ensure safety.
