The aim of ETS is to keep commercial drivers legal and compliant with the driver’s hour’s legislation and the working time directive through the use of innovative products and services

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Fleet & Workshop Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in the haulage or passenger transportation industry and a strong interest in supporting customers with both hardware and software solutions. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. This full-time role is based at our head office at Airport Business Park, Waterford.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and remote support to fleet and workshop customers for hardware and software
• Perform remote installation of software for new and existing customers
• Deliver remote training sessions to help customers confidently use our software
• Carry out local on‑site hardware setup when required
• Assist customers with questions related to tachographs, including driving and rest time regulations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support tasks, and technical issues
• Collaborate with the internal team while also managing tasks independently

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in haulage or passenger transport is highly desirable
• Strong IT skills with the ability and interest to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong customer support skills
