The Heritage in Laois is seeking an experienced Health & Fitness Instructor to join our team. The role includes working shifts to include early, late, weekends and bank holidays, and delivering gym instruction, lifeguarding, swim teaching and fitness classes.

You will maintain gym equipment, ensure safety, perform administration duties, and contribute to delivering our high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must hold Fetac Qualification in Occupational First Aid.
• Must hold Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
• Must hold Fitness Instructors Certification.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, upkeep and cleaning of gym equipment.
• Instruct and guide members on correct use of equipment and highlight safety aspects.
• Carry out all administration duties as required.
• Carry out lifeguarding duties with high pool supervision and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Carry out regular checks that pool and plant equipment operate correctly.
• Carry out Swim Teaching for all age groups.
• Lead a variety of Fitness Classes.
