Qualifications

• A background in fire engineering, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fire Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Working towards, or already holding, Chartered Engineer status is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting or leading the delivery of large and complex projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
• Developing and reviewing fire safety strategies across all building types in design, construction, and operational phases.
• Contributing to or managing CFD modelling and other software tools to provide alternative fire engineering solutions.
• Carrying out fire safety surveys, inspections, and site assessments on a variety of projects.
• Building relationships with clients and design teams, providing confident and clear technical advice.
• Mentoring, guiding, and supporting junior engineers and graduates.
• Depending on experience, contributing to business development activities and helping to grow our client base.

Education
