Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in Ireland seeks an experienced Finishing Foreman to lead internal finishes from first fix to handover, manage subcontractor packages across dry lining, fit-out and finishing trades, and coordinate works on site with the project team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction management, excellent communication, and a proven record delivering quality, safety and programme targets while upholding project specifications and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors across trades.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Working with onsite team to coordinate and manage all activities.
• Plan and oversee site setup and ensure facilities are ready before project launch.
• Ensure HSEQS protocols are followed on sites at all times.
• Maintain quality procedures and report to Regional Director.
