Job summary

Sisk is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to lead internal finishes from first fix to handover, coordinating dry lining, fit-out and finishing trades on site in Ireland. You will manage subcontractor packages, review drawings and ensure compliance with project specs.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive short-term programmes, uphold HSEQS, and maintain quality control through inspections while collaborating with the onsite team to deliver high-quality outcomes for complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the onsite team and subcontractors coordinating and managing all activities on site.
• Plan and oversee site setup and ensure facilities are ready before project launch.
• Ensure HSEQS compliance and maintain quality control through inspections.
• Report to the Regional Director and drive short-term programmes.

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman with a proven track record of delivering internal finishes from first fix through to handover. The role involves managing subcontractor packages across dry lining, fit‑out and finishing trades, coordinating works on site, reviewing drawings and specifications, driving short‑term programmes, and ensuring quality standards are achieved through inspections and compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the onsite team including subcontractors, engineers, management, and more coordinating and managing all activities onsite
• Planningand overseeingthe site setup, ensuring that the appropriate facilities are in placeprior to the project launch
• Takingownership for ensuring that HSEQS protocols are adhered to on sites at all times
• Maintainingquality control procedures at all time, reporting to the Regional Director

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing key stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Completed a third level qualification
