Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin seeks a Specialist I, Financial Reporting to lead preparation and review of financial statements for investment funds and subsidiaries across multiple domiciles and reporting standards. You will coordinate the financial reporting process and support regulatory filings.

The role involves supervising analysts, ensuring timely audits, and maintaining the central library of statements, while mentoring junior colleagues in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Accounting/finance qualification or part qualified accountant.
• 5+ years funds experience.
• 2+ years financial reporting and/or audit experience with knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP and International GAAP.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main daily client operational contact for a range of clients.
• Prepare and review annual and interim financial statements.
• Supervise Financial Reporting Analysts on systems,Processing, procedures and job responsibilities.
• Coordinate and complete audits and audit requirements.
• Oversee distribution of financial statements and regulatory filings (Irish/regulators).
• Mentor junior staff and provide performance feedback to management.
