Job summary

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with 2+ years in financial reporting or audit, with analytical and communication strengths, and readiness to work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience: 2+ years in financial reporting, audit or regulated environment.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and identify drivers of financial outcomes.
• Excellent communication to present to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting delivery: preparation, review and analysis of statutory and regulatory financial results.
• Insight and communication: explain drivers, trends and variances to senior stakeholders.
• Control and governance oversight: maintain a strong control environment across processes.
• Continuous improvement: evaluate and improve reporting and control processes.
• Audit support: coordinate internal and external audit activities with timely responses.
• Cross‑team collaboration: work with outsourced providers and internal teams for consistency.
• Project involvement: support reporting team on finance and business projects.
• Knowledge sharing: train and develop finance team on new processes and systems.
