Job summary

Coopman Search and Selection are delighted to be working with an established insurance organisation to hire an FP&A Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and business partnering across the Group.

You’ll also play a key role in improving processes, reporting and data as the team continues to develop its FP&A strategy.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification required.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience in insurance, Group reporting or finance business partnering advantageous.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive.
• A genuine interest in improving processes and ways of working.
• Comfortable working in a changing environment.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM and/or Power BI beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead key financial deliverables, including annual budgets and monthly results.
• Support process improvements, automation and finance system enhancements.
• Provide analysis, insight and challenge to support business performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, divisional finance and actuarial teams.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Group, regulatory and legal requirements.
