This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and reporting, preferably within financial services.

Location: Dublin Centre, Onsite

What you’ll do:

• Prepare monthly dashboards and performance analysis for senior leadership.
• Support global budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Build financial models and analysis to guide strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Risk, Strategy, and HR.
• Contribute to financial reporting tasks and cross-team projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years’ FP&A experience (financial services preferred).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (VBA a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
