Job summary

CCS Cleaning is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis across Europe and the UK. This hands-on role suits someone early in their FP&A career aiming to develop strong financial modelling and business partnering skills.

We welcome a part-qualified accountant or finance graduate with analytical experience and a drive to progress into a senior FP&A position over time.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in FP&A, Finance Analyst or Financial Accounting role.
  • Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI is desirable.
  • Experience with an ERP system; Business Central would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting Support: assist in annual budget and quarterly forecasts; build models and reporting tools.
  • Maintain customer & site budgets in Business Central; prepare variance analysis.
  • Support data integrity across FP&A outputs and assist wider Finance team.
  • Margin & Profitability Support: analyze gross margin by country, customer and site.
  • Prepare monthly margin bridge reporting and support contract renewals/tenders.
  • Maintain and update reporting in Excel and Business Central; identify automation opportunities.

Job description

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and support the FP&A function in delivering budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis across our multi-entity operations in Europe and the UK.

This is a hands‑on analytical role, ideal for someone early in their FP&A career who wants to build strong financial modelling and business partnering skills within a growing finance function.

The role is well suited to a part‑qualified accountant or a strong finance graduate with analytical experience, looking to develop into a senior FP&A position over time.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting Support

  • Support the FP&A function in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, including consolidating departmental inputs.
  • Build and maintain financial models, templates and reporting tools.
  • Maintain customer & site budgets in Business Central via the Projects interface.
  • Prepare first‑draft variance analysis.
  • Help maintain data integrity and consistency across FP&A outputs.
  • Support the wider Finance team when required.

Margin & Profitability Support

  • Assist with gross margin analysis by country, customer and site.
  • Support the preparation of monthly margin bridge reporting.
  • Provide data gathering and modelling support for contract renewals and tenders.
  • Help prepare elements of the monthly management reporting pack.
  • Maintain and update reporting in Excel and Business Central.
  • Support ERP‑related data and reporting tasks as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years' experience in an FP&A, Finance Analyst or Financial Accounting role.
  • Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI is desirable.
  • Experience working with an ERP system. Business Central would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive and keen to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
  • Part‑qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
