Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, in Ireland, is hiring a Financial Planning Account Manager to lead annual reviews, maintain financial plans, and prepare recommendations and suitability reports to support long-term investment strategies.

You will manage client relationships, update cashflow models, ensure compliance, and keep CRM records accurate while working to KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• QFA and CFP qualifications are required.
• Minimum 3 years financial services experience.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Excellent report writing ability.
• Experience preparing suitability reports.
• Strong understanding of investment markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned client families.
• Conduct annual and interim review meetings.
• Ensure all client records and financial plans remain current.
• Maintain regular proactive contact with clients.
• Deliver a service experience that exceeds client expectations.
• Update cashflow models and financial plans.
• Prepare recommendations and implementation instructions.
• Ensure all advice remains compliant and client focused.
• Help clients maintain discipline during periods of market volatility.
• Reinforce long-term investment principles.
• Support clients in maintaining appropriate exposure to global equity markets.
• Complete Statements of Suitability.
• Ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date.
• Work to clear KPIs.

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Financial Planning Account Manager who will be leading annual review meetings, maintaining financial plans, preparing recommendations and suitability reports, and helping clients remain committed to their long-term investment strategy through all market conditions.

We’re Looking For Someone With

• QFA & CFP qualifications
• Minimum 3 years financial services experience.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Desirable

• Experience working with High Net Worth clients.
• Cashflow modelling experience.
• Evidence-based investment philosophy.
• Experience managing €50m+ client assets.
