Engage People Recruitment is partnering with a well‑established financial services firm in Dublin to recruit a Financial Adviser who genuinely helps clients navigate financial decisions with confidence. You will provide tailored advice, build personalised financial plans, model scenarios, and manage an existing client portfolio.

The role offers a salary of €50,000–€65,000 with a strong commission structure, hybrid working (one day in the office per week), and excellent training plus ongoing

Qualifications

• QFA qualification with at least 2 years' experience in financial planning or advisory.
• Strong understanding of investments, pensions, and protection products.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex information.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advice to a broad client base
• Build and implement personalised financial plans
• Use financial planning tools to model and present client scenarios
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients
• Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
• Keep up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
