Job summary

Barden is seeking a Finance Analyst to join a growing Ireland-based business. This newly created role offers close collaboration with senior leaders and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions through robust financial analysis and stakeholder partnering.

The ideal candidate will hold ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA and have FP&A or Commercial Finance experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CPA or CIMA).
• Experience in a Finance Analyst/FP&A or similar analytical finance role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• WIP analysis experience advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong communication to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive and commercially focused in a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic business decisions.
• Perform scenario analysis, investment appraisals, and cash flow forecasting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the business.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, providing meaningful commercial insights.
• Analyse financial performance, including margin and variance analysis, to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key business metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business, supporting commercial initiatives and process improvements.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as the organisation continues to grow.
