Role Expectations

Initially, you will undergo immersive training in financial planning, focusing on European regulations and Swiss client servicing standards. You will:

1. Learn the full client journey from prospecting to onboarding
2. Gain experience in report writing, financial analysis, and portfolio structuring
3. Train in proprietary tools and planning processes
4. Enroll in professional qualifications such as CISI and CII certifications

Support will be provided for exam preparation, along with ongoing internal training through accredited providers and a dedicated Learning & Development team.
