We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Financial Advisor to join an expanding team across the country. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a long-established and ambitious company, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve business targets for life, pension, and investment services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to identify and prioritise their financial planning needs.
  • Build and nurture both internal and external relationships to grow the financial solutions business.
  • Maintain high standards in professionalism and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Take responsibility for personal and professional development by proactively improving sales, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
  • Recognised qualifications such as QFA or CFP.
Experience & Skills:
  • Proven ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions for investments, life, and pensions.
  • Strong self-starter with a high level of energy and initiative.
  • Sales experience, either with intermediaries or direct to the public.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Strong customer relationship management, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Effective planning and organisation in managing competing tasks.
