Woodie's in Ireland is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the Finance Team. You will prepare monthly management information, reconcile balance sheets and support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and statutory reporting.

The role requires fully qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA), Big 4 background preferred, with a proactive, commercially minded approach and excellent Excel/MS Office skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered with on-site and remote days.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of monthly management information, including variance analysis and commentary.

• Present financial results and key insights to the leadership team.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial analysis and challenge to inform decisions.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance systems, processes and controls.
• Support the Finance Manager and provide cover for other team members as required.
• Contribute to strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join ourFinance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management information, including variance analysis and commentary.

• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Present financial results and key insights to the leadership team.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial analysis, insights and challenge to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance systems, processes, and controls.
• Support the Finance Manager and provide cover for other Finance team members as required.
• Support strategic projects, business transformation initiatives and other ad hoc finance activities.

Ideal Candidate

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally Big 4 trained.
