Job summary

Ticketmaster Ireland, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a Settlement Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Dublin. Hybrid role with two days in the office, you will ensure settlements are reconciled and paid promptly while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external data sets.

You will handle client deals, prepare weekly settlement statements, process promoter payments, and support month-end closings and audits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a finance department.
• Experience of working in a multi-division and international company preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercially astute mindset.
• Excellent communication and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of client deals and settlements.
• Weekly preparation and review of client settlement statements.
• Maintain required documentation in support of client settlements.
• Process promoter payments and advances.
• Liaising with clients and resolving queries promptly.
• Weekly processing of adjustments against settled events.
• Monitor client creditor reports and follow up older items for closure.
• Assist with monthly journals and reports and balance sheet postings.
• Support internal and external statutory audit processes.
