Job summary

Ticketmaster Ireland, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a Settlement Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract in Dublin. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office, and focuses on reconciling and paying client settlements across multiple datasets and systems.

You will work with a Finance team to ensure timely settlements, build relationships with stakeholders, and support accounting processes. A finance background and an interest in music/entertainment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance department with client settlements.
• Experience in a multi-division and international company preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for music/entertainment industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Handle client settlements and ensure timely reconciliation and payments.
• Develop understanding of client deals and settlement statements.
• Prepare and review settlement statements weekly to deadlines.
• Maintain documentation supporting client settlements.
• Process promoter payments and advances.
• Liaise with clients to resolve queries and build relationships.
• Support monthly accounts postings and journals.
