Job summary

Rent a Recruiter Ireland is representing a growing business seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own the day-to-day finance function on-site in Ireland. You will manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, perform invoicing and supplier payments, and maintain bookkeeping in Xero.

You’ll produce monthly, quarterly and half-yearly financial reports for the executive team and provide financial analyses to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar finance role.
• Hands-on Xero experience is essential.
• Experience across AR & AP.
• Knowledge of VAT, PRSI and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Able to work independently.
• Available for immediate start.
• Must be able to work on-site Monday–Friday.

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to‑day finance function within a growing business.

My Client seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our finance department on a full‑time, on‑site basis. This is a standalone role: the successful candidate will work independently across both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and will be relied upon to manage the day‑to‑day finance function accurately and to deadline. All bookkeeping is maintained on the Xero platform, so hands‑on Xero experience is essential.

Beyond day‑to‑day transactional finance, this role carries real visibility of business performance. The successful candidate will track actual revenue against monthly targets, investigate and explain variances, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and half‑yearly financial reports for review by the executive team
