Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading employer to recruit a Finance Manager. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with both corporate standards and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of budgets and review proposals, ensuring appropriate justification and documentation.
  • Deliver and present a comprehensive twelve-month rolling financial forecast.
  • Prepare financial summaries and forecasts to evaluate income, expenses, and earnings using operational data.
  • Define strategic financial objectives and establish policies to align with company goals.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis and projections at both project and site levels.
  • Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and readiness for internal and external audits.
  • Provide senior leadership with timely insights into the organization’s financial performance.
  • Advise management on operational improvements, highlighting opportunities for cost reduction and profit enhancement.
  • Develop and present materials for quarterly reviews and annual budget planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Strong technical and functional financial expertise, with experience in manufacturing/cost accounting considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of multi-VAT registration and international VAT regulations.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to interpret financial data and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
