Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join our contracts based in Clonshaugh and Rosemount. You will deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and insightful analysis across multiple contracts, partnering with operational teams and customers to influence decision making.

This full‑time, permanent hybrid role offers a structure Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 with four days onsite and one day from home, plus 25 days annual leave and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or QBE with relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a forensic attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modelling (FP&A).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within logistics or 3PL.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Producing weekly and monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
• Delivering KPI reporting and financial insight to both internal stakeholders and customers
• Managing balance sheet reconciliations, P&L submissions, and financial controls
• Partnering with operational teams to support planning, forecasting, and performance improvement
• Leading and developing your Finance Analyst while driving continuous improvement initiatives
