Job summary

Coopman Search and Selection, a leading global investment firm in Dublin, seeks a qualified accountant to join its Private Credit Finance team. This investor-facing role offers exposure to private credit, complex fund structures, and engagement with senior stakeholders within a respected investment platform.

The role involves reviewing fund performance, investor reporting, financial statements, and supporting fundraising activities, while coordinating with external advisers and investors.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Experience within asset and wealth management, funds or private credit.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of fund structures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work in an investor-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the finance function supporting private credit funds.
• Review fund performance, investor reporting and financial statements.
• Support fundraising activities and respond to investor information requests.
• Oversee fund audits, capital calls, distributions and fund expenses.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, external advisers and investors.
