BMS Performance Ireland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service weighing and measurement equipment across Cork and surrounding region. You will install, calibrate, service and maintain equipment at customer sites in regulated environments, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

The role combines hands-on field service with customer liaison, ensuring timely fault-finding, documentation, and training where required.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline.
• Previous field service or technical maintenance experience.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Installing and commissioning industrial weighing equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance and calibration activities.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on weighing and measurement systems.
• Providing technical support to customers on-site and remotely.
• Maintaining service records and calibration documentation.
• Delivering user training where required.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
