Job summary

elix Sourcing Solutions in Cork, Republic of Ireland, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service weighing equipment across Ireland. The role offers a pathway to develop technical skills with specialist instrumentation and training opportunities.

A company car, fuel card, healthcare and pension are included. You will install, calibrate, maintain and fault-find weighing systems at customer sites, with travel across Ireland and overseas training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous technical or field service experience.
• Weighing equipment experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO or INAB standards.
• Full clean driving licence.

Looking for a field-based engineering role where you can work with specialist equipment and develop your technical skills? Are you looking to join an established Irish business that invests in its engineers?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established Irish supplier of laboratory and analytical instrumentation, supporting customers across Ireland. You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, calibrating and fault-finding a range of industrial and laboratory weighing equipment, including specialist systems used within pharmaceutical environments.

You can expect a varied role with excellent training opportunities, including overseas training, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to develop your career within a highly technical service team.

The Role

Working as part of the Weighing Technical Support Team, you'll travel to customer sites across Ireland to provide installation, preventative maintenance, calibration and breakdown support for weighing equipment.
