Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for our North Dublin client. You will diagnose and repair HVAC equipment on customer sites, perform PMs and breakdown work, and build strong customer relationships.

You will use diagnostic software, MS Office, and on-site tools to ensure high service quality and compliance with maintenance contracts. The role requires field-based service experience, strong communication, and flexibility to cover standby shifts including weekends and

Qualifications

• Experience as service/field-based technician.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Right to work in Ireland.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems during servicing on customer sites.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), breakdowns, warranty work, commissioning tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted contact.
• Collaborate with service desk, sales and operations to share customer insights.
• Use diagnostic software and manual tools to diagnose and repair units.
• Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders.
• Communicate updates to supervisors, regional managers and customers for continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong administration and record-keeping for service activities.
