Job summary

Axis Environmental Services in Ireland is seeking an Air Emissions Technician to join the Field Team in Limerick. You will carry out stack emissions testing, air quality monitoring, and prepare technical reports for clients.

The role involves nationwide travel, working outdoors, and staying away from home when required, with training and career progression opportunities within the Celnor Group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• Previous experience in air emissions monitoring, stack testing or environmental consultancy.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out stack emissions testing and air quality monitoring projects.
• Prepare, calibrate and maintain monitoring equipment.
• Collect, analyse and interpret environmental monitoring data.
• Complete technical reports and associated compliance documentation.
• Conduct site reviews and support risk assessment activities.
• Liaise with clients and provide professional technical feedback.
• Work in accordance with ISO 17025 and company quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and technical development within the business.
