Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

• You will be required to assist our busy Maintenance Team in ensuring the effective and safe operation of our Rehabilitation Centre by maintaining equipment and buildings in prime condition.
• This is a position with lots of variety and scope with great opportunity for learning and developing new skills.
• Your duties will include:
• Preventative maintenance of buildings and equipment as per schedules.
• Reactive maintenance and repair in the event of building/equipment malfunction, damage or breakdown.
• Painting and Decorating.
• Minor Plumbing.
• Cleaning Windows, gutters, power washing etc.
• Implementing safe working practices.
