Job summary

Autism A Chara in Tallaght, Co. Dublin is seeking a Facilitator for the Day service. The role is 39 hours per week and requires a QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification, together with a belief in person-centred support for people with complex needs.

Candidates should be able to work on a rota, have fluent English, strong communication, and a full Irish driving licence to drive service vehicles. The position offers rewarding development opportunities.

Qualifications required for a Facilitator:

A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential, (e.g. health, community, care sector) but a genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Facilitator.
