Job summary

The Fota Collection is recruiting an Assistant Outlets Manager to lead our food and beverage teams across busy outlets, events and banqueting. You will oversee a high standard of guest service and help drive exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a top hotel environment, strong leadership and training skills, and a passion for wine and service. You will plan, brief and manage staff while maintaining flexibility in a fast paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high profile 4* hotel or a 5* environment is desirable.
• Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of and passion for Food and Beverage service including wine.
• Ability to work under pressure while planning, executing and following up on tasks in a flexible environment.
• 3rd level qualification in Hospitality Management preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor all services across the outlets
• Ensure all team members deliver and exceed on guests expectations
• Plan and deliver briefings with all relevant staff
• Provide accurate and up to date information to staff and guests in relation to menu options
• Assign stations to associates
• Assist with onboarding of new associates
• Assist with training of all associates
• Ensure the correct set of relevant outlet for service and shift handover
• Liaise with other departments as required
