Job summary

NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations on the floor and behind the scenes. You will support the Food & Beverage Manager, supervise service delivery, mentor the team and ensure memorable guest experiences in a busy, high-end setting.

You’ll be on the floor, organize events, and help drive initiatives that elevate service standards while maintaining cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily F&B operations on the floor and behind the scenes.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager and supervise service delivery.
• Mentor and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Organise and assist during events to create special moments for guests.
