McWilliam Park Hotel, managed by Windward Management, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join a vibrant team and deliver high-standard guest service across dining outlets and events.

You will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operation while supporting revenue growth through upselling opportunities. Excellent English, strong organisation, and a team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and customer centric mindset are essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills are a must.
• Ability to learn new information systems is needed.
• Resilience and capacity to work under pressure are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist with setting up all dining areas.
• Accurately take orders and relay to colleagues in F&B and Kitchen.
• Serve Food & Beverages in dining rooms, bar, restaurant, outdoor areas, and function rooms; assist with room service as needed.
• Collect room service trays and glassware from corridors.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Upsell and promote guest-centric options to maximise revenue.
• Ensure all orders and bills are accurately recorded and presented to kitchen and guests.
