Job summary

RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our hotel team in central Dublin.

You will contribute to service in bar and lounge areas, delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the F&B team to maintain RIU’s standards of hospitality.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months experience in hotel Food & Beverage service, fluent English, and availability to work 40 hours per week on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in hotel Food & Beverage Service.
• Legally permitted to work 40 hours per week.
• Fluency in both spoken & written English.
