SCOPE OPHTHALMICS LTD is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Secondary Care, primarily covering Munster. The role focuses on selling Scope products to hospitals and healthcare institutions, with territory planning, budget management, and close collaboration with management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare sales, a third-level qualification (science degree preferred), and a strong command of MS Office and CRM systems. A full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales objectives and activity KPIs as defined by Scope.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to hospital departments and healthcare institutions.
• Develop and maintain account plans and territory action plan for Munster.
• Manage promotional budget and maximise ROI across the territory.
• Maintain CRM data and provide timely updates to management.
• Represent Scope professionally and adhere to company standards.
