The opportunity:

We are seeking to expand our fast-growing strategy team in Ireland with experienced candidates across all levels of our team, from Consultant (2+ years of experience) to Director (senior leadership level).

This is a unique opportunity where you will get the chance to shape the future of EY-Parthenon’s strategy practice in Ireland, working with a diverse set of clients to solve their most important challenges.

The team adopts a methodical, collaborative approach with clients to jointly answer the key strategic questions they are faced with. Examples of the work you will be involved in include:

• Working with senior leaders at clients to help them develop their organisational strategy.
• Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions.
• Conducting business development activities to win projects with potential clients.
• Developing a community within the team by building offerings and initiatives.
