The Opportunity

We are currently seeking applications at the Associate Consultant level from recent and upcoming graduates. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients to solve their most difficult challenges. EY-Parthenon Strategy works with clients to prepare for the future. The team adopts a methodical and collaborative approach to jointly answer key strategic questions. Examples of work you will be involved in include:

• Working with senior leaders to develop organisational strategy, including defining purpose, setting strategic objectives, identifying customer segments, planning entry into new geographies, building new go-to-market approaches, mapping required capabilities, and tracking performance
• Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
• Conducting business development to win projects with potential clients
• Developing a community within the team through initiatives, thought leadership, recruitment, and internal activities
