Job summary

Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking an experienced Mixologist/Bar Tender to join the busy on-site bar team. You will craft classic and signature cocktails, deliver outstanding guest service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers full-time hours with flexible shifts, staff perks, and access to the hotel’s facilities, including Coast restaurant and Arena Health and Fitness Club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a bar role.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
• Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails and beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
• Recommend drinks and offer detailed product knowledge to guests.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management, and health & safety compliance.
