Job summary

Noel Group in South Dublin is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to support day-to-day storage, picking and dispatch activities. You will ensure accurate stock control, safe handling of goods, and efficient space utilization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Noel Group are looking for experienced warehouse operatives for a day shift work in South Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Conducting stock checks and inventory control
• Maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Reporting damages, shortages, or quality issues

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
