Job summary

The Wright Group's The Anglers Rest in Dublin is hiring experienced waitstaff to join the team on-site. You’ll provide friendly, attentive service, greet guests warmly, and maintain knowledge of menu items, wines, beverages and desserts.

The role involves cash handling and working flexible hours, including late nights, in a busy restaurant and bar environment. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent English, impeccable presentation, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• To provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• To ensure that guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the restaurant and bar.
• To maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings; including menu’s, wines, hot and cold beverages, and desserts.
• To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the managers high standards of presentation.
• To ensure that the food restaurant, bar and all food & beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
• To participate in all training.
• To maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.
• To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to guests.
