Job summary

Mount Juliet Estate in Thomastown, Ireland, seeks an Experienced Spa Therapist for a full-time on-site role within its 5* resort. The property offers high-end spa experiences across Georgian Manor House and Hunter's Yard, set in 500 acres of Irish countryside.

The successful candidate will perform spa treatments, maintain guest wellbeing, and contribute to guest satisfaction while promoting spa services and products. A CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC qualification and 1+ year experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Qualified to CIDESCO, CIBTAC or ITEC in face and body treatments.
• Excellent spa treatment skills in massage, facials and related therapies.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all spa treatments.
• Ensure guests' health and well-being before, during and after treatments.
• Be flexible to business demands and schedules.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of own treatment room and equipment.
• Upsell retail products after treatments.
• Promote and familiarise guests with spa facilities and services.
• Contribute to achieving monthly revenue budgets through treatments and retail.

We have a fantastic vacancy for an Experienced Spa Therapist to join the team.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Carrying out of all Spa treatments
• Therapists are responsible for the health and well being of their Guests before, during and after treatments
• Therapists must be available to work and be flexible to business demands on a daily and weekly base
• Continuously strive for perfection as a Therapist and giving 100% to each and every treatment.
• Giving time to each Guest ensuring treatments are started and finished on time.
• Upsell retail products after treatments.
• Ensuring your own treatment room and equipment immaculately clean at all times
• Having a positive and friendly attitude when dealing guests and the rest of the Team
• To familiarize all Guests with and promote the Spa facilities and services.
• Promote and sell additional treatments and products, ensure you are part of the Team effort in helping the Spa achieve its treatment and retail monthly revenue budgets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years' experience as a Spa Therapist
• You must be fully qualified with experience in a similar role and have a qualifications in both face and body to CIDESCO, CIBTAC or ITEC level.
• Excellent skills in Spa treatment, Massage therapy, Facials, Treatments
• Effective Time Management
