Job summary

Wintongrove Limited, trading as Blanchardstown 4x4, is seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic to join the team at Old River Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This is a full-time, two-year position working 39 hours per week with a salary of €36,605.

You will inspect, diagnose, service and repair cars and light motor vehicles, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension and electrical systems, perform wheel alignment and road tests, and keep

• Must hold a relevant qualification in Motor Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics or Vehicle Maintenance.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, service and repair cars and light motor vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults; repair engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering, suspension and electrical systems.
• Carry out scheduled servicing, replace defective components, perform wheel alignment and balancing, road-test vehicles and maintain service records.
