Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Kitchen Porter in a similar, fast paced cafe environment.
• Excellent cleanliness standards and ability to support a high-demand kitchen.
• Commitment to HACCP standards.
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and deep cleaning.
• Systems and efficiency focused.
• Experience training and managing other Kitchen Porter team members.
• Stock intake and organisation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable, hardworking with weekend availability.
• Aptitude for own initiative; food prep experience a plus.
