Now under the management of FBD Hotels & Resorts, exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced, customer-focused professionals to join our Food & Beverage team at the 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide. We are currently recruiting for:

• Food & Beverage Assistants - Full time – to join our dynamic team in Matt Ryan Bar, Coast Restaurant, and our new Lobby Lounge Service team.

Food & Beverage Assistant

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position in a 3* or 4* hotel. A passion for delivering excellent service in a busy, customer-facing environment is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in Food & Beverage Service to meet hotel standards.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience in our F&B outlets.
• Ensure all opening and closing procedures are conducted in line with SOPs.
• Maintain the appearance and tidiness of the Service Areas.
• Complete all preparations in advance of Service times.
• Communicate hotel and group services to guests.
• Please note that this position requires availability to start from 6:30am onwards.
