Job summary

Conneally Group is seeking experienced Carpenters for site-based, full-time roles across Ireland. You will perform refurbishment, fit-out and construction tasks on a range of residential and commercial projects with a safety-focused team.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of full-time carpentry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read drawings. Valid Safe Pass and own tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' full-time carpentry experience.
• Proven first and second fix carpentry experience.
• Experience fitting kitchens and wardrobes is a distinct advantage.
• Valid Safe Pass card and Manual Handling Certificate.
• Own transport and carpentry tools are essential.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards; safety training an advantage.
• Authorised to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix carpentry to a high standard.
• Install doors, skirting, architraves, flooring and general joinery.
• Fit kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke joinery where required.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Collaborate with site management, colleagues and other trades to deliver projects on time.

The Role

We are seeking experienced, skilled and reliable Carpenters to join our growing team, delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects throughout Ireland. This is a full-time, site-based position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial and residential projects as part of a professional, safety-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix carpentry to a high standard.
