Sodexo Ltd in Dublin 7 is seeking an Executive Chef to lead two kitchens and seven outlets, delivering high standards of food quality and service. You will drive menus, manage budgets and ensure compliance with safety and HACCP standards.

You\'ll coach a diverse kitchen brigade, develop fresh concepts and build strong client relationships while supporting local suppliers and sustainability initiatives across the site.

Formación

• Previous experience as Executive Chef leading large catering/hospitality operations.
• Relevant professional chef qualification (706/2, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) and Food Hygiene Certificates.
• Experience developing new menus and innovative food concepts.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, food costs, labour and stock.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development of a high-performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage kitchen brigade across 2 kitchens and 7 outlets.
• Develop and refresh menus to meet customer expectations and growth.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely service and Sodexo standards.
• Manage budgets, costs, labour, stock and profitability.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Executive Chef to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation at our Sodexo site in Dublin 7.

As an Executive Chef you'll:

• Lead and manage the kitchen brigade, including Head Chefs, ensuring high standards of food quality, preparation and service across 2 kitchens and 7 outlets.
• Develop, innovate and refresh menus and food offers to meet customer expectations and drive business growth.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient food production, timely service and consistent delivery against Sodexo standards and the Service Level Agreement.
• Manage budgets, food costs, labour, stock control and menu profitability to achieve commercial targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Coach, motivate and develop the chef team, building a high-performing and customer-focused culture.
• Identify opportunities to grow hospitality revenue, develop new business and support local SME suppliers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive sustainability initiatives and relevant accreditations.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working as an Executive Chef, leading a large catering or hospitality operation.
• Relevant professional chef qualification (706/2, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent), Food Hygiene Certificates
• Experience developing new menus, food concepts and innovative food offers.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene legislation, health and safety and allergen management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, food costs, labour and stock effectively.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
